Timothy Lubniewski is a respected business leader in the paving maintenance industry with a track record of turning vision into success. A self-starter with a degree in Economics from SUNY Albany, Timothy founded his first construction company at just 23 years old. Over the years, he strategically grew and transitioned his business into one of the top paving maintenance companies in the Northeast, earning recognition for quality, integrity, and leadership. In 2022, Timothy sold his company to Rose Paving, a private equity–backed national leader in commercial paving, and joined the team as a General Manager. In this role, he continues to apply his expertise and entrepreneurial insight to one of the largest paving maintenance operations in the U.S. His reputation is built not only on business growth but also on honesty, mentorship, and the ability to inspire both employees and colleagues to succeed.
