Born and raised in Staten Island, New York, Timothy grew up with a passion for baseball and a strong commitment to hard work. These early lessons shaped the discipline and determination that define his professional journey today. Outside of his career, he remains deeply connected to his family and personal interests. Timothy is married to Kathryn Lubniewski, a highly recognized college professor, and together they are raising two sons, Andrew and Robert, who inspire his dedication to family values and legacy. Beyond business, Timothy enjoys baseball, basketball, golf, and gardening—finding balance between competition, recreation, and the peace of cultivating growth. He also gives back through the Jacobsen Lubniewski Fund, a donor-advised fund that contributes to churches and charitable causes, reflecting his belief in faith, generosity, and community impact.
